This Shipping Policy explains how Mahae processes, packages, and delivers fragrance orders within the United States. Mahae specializes in perfumes and fragrance products, and this policy ensures transparency regarding shipping costs, processing times, delivery timelines, and customer responsibilities.

Shipping Coverage

Mahae currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Any order placed with a delivery address outside the United States may be canceled and refunded.

Flat Shipping Rate

All orders are shipped at a flat shipping rate of $5. This fee includes handling, protective packaging, carrier charges, and delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer. The flat shipping rate remains the same regardless of destination or order size within the United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-8) are processed the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed after this cutoff time are processed on the next business day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Transit Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days through standard shipping services. Transit time may vary depending on customer location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other delivery factors outside our control.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery timeframe is 3–6 business days, including both order processing and shipping transit time. Customers will receive tracking information by email once the order has been shipped.

Tracking Information

All shipments include tracking information sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking details usually become active once the carrier scans the package into its system. If tracking information is not received within 48 hours after placing an order, customers may contact Mahae support for assistance.

Fragrance Packaging

Perfumes and fragrance products are packaged carefully to help reduce the risk of leakage, breakage, or damage during shipping. Because fragrance products may come in glass bottles or sealed packaging, customers should inspect their order immediately after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please contact our support team with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Delivery Method

Mahae uses trusted national shipping carriers to deliver orders directly to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, including name, address, apartment number, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email address, are accurate before completing the order.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer, the shipment may be returned, delayed, or held by the carrier. Customers are responsible for address accuracy. If reshipment is required, additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Delays

Mahae works to meet the estimated delivery timelines however, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, carrier capacity, incorrect address details, or logistical issues. Customers can monitor delivery updates through the tracking link provided by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or visibly opened, please take clear photos before discarding any packaging materials. Customers should contact Mahae support with:

    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Clear photos of the outer and inner packaging
    • A short description of the issue

Damaged package cases will be reviewed according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery Confirmation

Deliveries are confirmed through the carrier’s tracking system. For some orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. Customers should make sure someone is available at the shipping address during the estimated delivery period if signature confirmation is required.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier may attempt redelivery, leave delivery instructions, or hold the package for pickup. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the carrier when needed.

Unclaimed or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to Mahae because it was unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable, reshipment may be arranged after review. Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping fees related to resending the order.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, customers should contact Mahae support promptly. We may review the tracking details and, when needed, help initiate an investigation with the carrier. Resolution will be handled according to the situation and our store policies.

Changes After Order Confirmation

Once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed, shipping details, product quantities, or delivery preferences may not be changed. If there is an urgent issue with your order or shipping address, contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Responsibility After Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, the package becomes the customer’s responsibility. Mahae is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery. Customers are encouraged to provide a secure and accurate delivery location when placing an order.
