A: Mahae is an online fragrance store that offers perfumes and fragrance products for customers who enjoy personal, elegant, and memorable scents.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: No. Mahae currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Mahae charges a flat shipping rate of $5 on all orders within the United States.

A: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-8) may be processed the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: After an order is shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. The total delivery time, including processing and shipping, is usually 3–6 business days.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order has been dispatch, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking details may take some time to update after the carrier scans the package.

Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: Mahae accepts payments through PayPal.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. Payments are processed through PayPal’s secure payment system. Mahae does not store or access your PayPal login details and sensitive financial information.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

A: Yes, eligible fragrance products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Q: Can opened or used perfumes be returned?
A: No. For hygiene, safety, and product quality reasons, opened or used perfume products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, leaking, broken, or incorrect.

A: If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, broken, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, full name, clear photos of the product, and clear photos of the packaging.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Mahae accepts exchanges for eligible items.

If you would like a different fragrance, you may request an exchange according to our exchange policy. Exchange requests are subject to product availability and eligibility conditions.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are processed within 8 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank, PayPal, or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Q: Are shipping charges refundable?
A: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Mahae’s error, such as a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect item.
