Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. - Store Error or Damaged Items (wrong item on arrival):
We will assist with the return at no additional cost.
All returns must be securely packaged and shipped using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges.
- Items must meet return eligibility conditions
- Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and approved
- Exchange availability depends on stock

Non-Returnable Items

If the return is due to our error, product price and shipping fees may be refunded
For customer-initiated returns, shipping charges are non-refundable
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund
Once dispatched, cancellations are handled under this Return & Refund Policy
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
