Accepted Payment Method
Mahae accepts payments exclusively through PayPal, a globally recognized and secure payment platform.
Customers can complete their purchase using a PayPal balance, linked bank account, debit card, or credit card supported by PayPal.
All payments must be completed online at the time of checkout. Cash, checks, or offline payment methods are not accepted.
Currency and Charges
All prices on the Mahae website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
The total amount payable includes the product price and the applicable shipping fee, both of which are clearly displayed before the payment is confirmed at checkout.
Mahae does not charge any hidden fees. Any payment processing fees related to PayPal, if applicable, are handled directly by PayPal in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
Payment Authorization
When a customer places an order, payment is authorized instantly through PayPal.
Once PayPal confirms successful payment, the order is accepted and moves into the processing stage. Orders are not processed or shipped until payment confirmation is received.
If a transaction fails due to insufficient funds, account restrictions, or technical issues, the order will not be completed, and the customer will need to retry payment.

Mahae does not store, view, or have access to customers’ PayPal login credentials, or sensitive financial data.

Failed or Incomplete Payments

Mahae does not reserve inventory for unpaid or failed transactions. Customers may place a new order once the payment issue is resolved, subject to product availability.
Billing Information Accuracy
Customers must ensure that their PayPal account details and billing information are accurate and up to date.
Mahae is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by incorrect billing information or PayPal account restrictions.
Payment Review and Verification

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Approved refunds are issued only to the original PayPal payment method. Refunds are initiated within 14 business days after approval or after receiving a returned item, in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.
Duplicate or Excess Payments
If a duplicate charge or overpayment occurs due to a technical or PayPal related issue, Mahae will verify the transaction and refund the excess amount.

Taxes
Applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address.
The final amount, including taxes, is displayed before payment is completed. Customers are responsible for reviewing all charges before confirming payment through PayPal.

If a customer has a payment concern, Mahae strongly encourages contacting support before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback.

Any order flagged by PayPal or internal security systems may be delayed, canceled, or refunded to prevent unauthorized use. These actions are taken solely to protect customers and the business.
Updating Payment Method
Customers may select or update their PayPal payment option during checkout.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the payment method for that order cannot be changed. Updated payment details apply only to future purchases.
