Shipping and Delivery

Q. Where do you deliver?
A. Currently, we focus on serving customers across the United Kingdom. We use reliable local courier services to ensure your items arrive safely.

Q. What are the shipping costs?
A. We aim to keep our pricing straightforward. We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of £10 on all orders within the UK.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that total delivery time (processing + transit) is usually between 4–7 business days.

Q. Can I track my parcel?
A. Yes. Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

Payments and Security

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
A. To ensure your financial security, we exclusively use PayPal for all transactions. This allows you to pay using your PayPal balance or any major debit/credit card linked to your account.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

A. We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the hat or tie must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Q. How do I initiate a return?
A. Please email info@mahae.store with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Q. Are there any restocking fees?
A. No. We do not believe in hidden charges. There are no restocking fees for any returned items.

Q. How long does it take to receive a refund?
A. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Q. an I cancel my order?
A. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order is on its way to you, we are unable to cancel it, but you may follow our return process once it arrives.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Q. What if my order arrives damaged?
A. While we take great care in packaging our products, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@mahae.store within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the item and the packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
