Returns and Refund Policy

Return Window
At Mahae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with the original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, simply contact our support team at info@mahae.store with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item). Please ensure that the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Return Method
All returns should be sent back to the address provided by our support team. Once received, we will inspect the product and notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee. However, shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Used or worn items that no longer meet our return eligibility
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Returns for this reason are accepted within the return window, provided the product meets our eligibility criteria. Shipping charges, however, will not be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Late / Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company. Sometimes processing takes additional time. If the issue continues, please contact us at support@mahae.store so we can assist you further.
